This is to thank you for all of Mom’s care and loving in the 6 plus years she was a resident. Cory, Lora and Venetta were very professional and caring with all of my mom’s needs. She really felt at home and absolutely loved her caretakers.
This facility was very clean always and the ladies were very friendly with our family visits and calls.
I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring and loving place to send their needy loved ones.

My sister has been in assisted living for over 8 years.  The last three years have been at the facility operated by Twin Brooks on 1724 Valencia in Ormond.  I could not be more pleased that we moved her there!  Her health has improved dramatically.  She eats healthier, which has resulted in some much needed weight loss, which has also lowered her blood pressure to a healthy level.  Her medications are administered on time and her other needs are always addressed.  The facility is always clean.  The residents enjoy playing games together, being involved in the crafts and entertainment provided by the facility.  Quite frankly, my sister is the happiest she has been in a long time.  As guardian to my sister, what pleases me is the staff!  Instead of the constant turnover in employees at the other facilities, the staff here has essentially been the same for the three years she has resided there.  The entire staff treats the residents as family and cares for their well being!
